All content, designs, and materials produced by ProdNet remain our intellectual property until full project payments are made. Upon payment, ownership terms will follow the agreed proposal.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without permission, except where legally required.

Service limitations

While we aim for accuracy and reliability, all software and consulting services are provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from misuse of the software.

Payments & refunds

Payments follow the agreed proposal or invoice terms. Refunds are not provided for work already completed or delivered.
